Product Description:
Cyclohexanone is a colorless and transparent oily liquid at room temperature with an earthy smell, and when it contains traces of phenols, it has a minty smell. Impurity is light yellow, and it develops color as impurities are generated during storage time. It is water-white to gray-yellow, and has a strong pungent odor. Slightly soluble in water, miscible with most organic solvents.
Cyclohexanone is used industrially as a solvent, a raw material for organic synthesis, and as a trigger for some oxidation reactions.

Application：
1. The main use of cyclohexanone is as the main intermediate in the production of nylon, caprolactam and adipic acid.
2. Another important use of cyclohexanone is as an industrial solvent for paint production.
3. Cyclohexanone can be used as an excellent solvent for organophosphorus insecticides and many similar pesticides.
4. Cyclohexanone can be used as a solvent for dyes, as a viscous solvent for piston-type aviation lubricants, as a solvent for grease, wax and rubber. Cyclohexanone is also used as a leveling agent for dyed and matted silks, as a degreaser for polishing metals, and as a staining paint for wood. Used as a high boiling point solvent for cosmetics such as nail polish.
