Activated carbon for carbon rods
Product Description:
This product is manufactured using high-quality nut shells as raw material, which undergo carbonization and activation via high-temperature steam, followed by a washing process. It features excellent adsorption capacity, a high filtration rate, and ensures superior water quality. It is primarily used for producing carbon block filter elements for household water purifiers, and can also be applied in the recovery of precious metals, as well as in the decolorization and purification processes within the chemical industry.

Application:
1) 200-Mesh Powdered Activated Carbon
Applications: Manufacturing CTO (Carbon-Block) filter cartridges; adsorption and recovery from gold/silver leach solutions.
Recommended Specification: 200-mesh, 1000 iodine value, acid-washed, low-ash coconut shell activated carbon powder.
2) Granular Activated Carbon (For precious metal extraction from ore pulp only; not suitable for manufacturing carbon-block filter cartridges)
Particle size: 6–12 mesh; high abrasion resistance. Suitable exclusively for CIP/CIL (Carbon-in-Pulp/Carbon-in-Leach) processes; not suitable for the extrusion/molding of carbon-block filter cartridges.
