Function as thickener
1. Polyacrylate sodium has the following effects in food:

(2) The starch particles are combined with each other, dispersed and penetrated into the network structure of the protein.
(3) A dense dough is formed with a smooth and glossy surface.
(4) Form a stable dough colloid to prevent the exudation of soluble starch.
(5) Strong water retention, keep the water evenly in the dough and prevent drying.

(7) The oil and fat components in the raw materials are stably dispersed in the dough.
